The ACLU
Americans are proud to be safely covered by the freedoms and rights that inure to every citizen, from the Constitution and Bill Of Rights. These documents were wrought by our Forefathers, who willingly put their very lives in jeopardy, to create a nation where we can live free, choosing the religion we wish to worship, to bear arms in order to defend ourselves by use of a militia and the right of the press to freedom of expression with regard to the events that they cover. They keep us free and the large percentage of our population never stop to think about how our nation is far different from any other country throughout the world. We are especially blessed by God, whom the Forefathers looked to for guidance, in forging the documents that enables our freedom and rights.
These documents are separately available to the public, encased in bullet and fireproof showcases. Both of these precious papers were written and agreed upon by the very men who brought about the American Revolution with their very life at risk, for they would be hung for treason, to a man, by the British if they lost their battle. The Constitution and The Bill of Rights showcase also protects the papers against harm from bullets, fire, humidity and bacteria. Additionally, there are armed Security personnel surrounding the area to further protect the showcases in their buildings, from anyone in the passing tourists who might wish to cause harm to the documents that ensure our freedoms. Further, if any commotion takes place, either of the documents will be hydraulically pulled down into a bombproof vault well below the floor of the building.
However, despite the fact that the actual Constitution and the Bill of Rights are totally safe, in so far as, they are the visible papers that the Forefathers signed, the rights and freedoms that they represent are under an insidious siege, by the Left-Wing Socialist lawyers hired by both, “The Americans For Democratic Action” and “The ACLU.” However, paid gunslingers that they are, the income is not at their heart, the destruction of our Constitution and Bill of Rights, by twisting the meaning of every segment of both documents. Our Forefathers prayed to the Lord for guidance in putting together these documents that make us the only nation with their rights secured in the manner that these brave men, who risked all, sought for our future.
These scurrilous lawyers of both organizations are Socialists, at best, or Communists who still believe that Marxism is a viable manner of ruling a nation, despite the fact that Communism has plunged into Hell. They want everyone to be on the same level and spread income evenly, this is the egalitarian creed espoused by America’s Liberals in Congress. There are several reasons why Communism or even Socialism fails, in the end. Total equality among all humans in any country is simply not the manner in which we are born, we are not clones produced from a single perfect being. DNA has proven this premise, that while our Constitution states that we are all equal, they simply meant that everyone is entitled to all of the rights and freedoms that America certifies. But we all bear differences; some people are good looking, some are not. Some people are born geniuses while others are less smart to varying degrees. Some people are innately athletic, while others could not catch a baseball if you stood in front of them and dropped the ball in their glove. If, as in Communism, you endeavor to place all the people on the same level, there is no incentive for the smarter, faster or more capable people to perform on a higher level, since they will get the same wage as their stupid neighbor and live in the same type of dingy apartment. Eventually incentive dies, within the superior people. Secondly, the state must have a mechanism to rule the people and in the case of Communism there is no real vote or choice, the stronger thugs like Stalin and Khrushchev will move into the ruling positions, through influential friends and allies or through terrorism and murder. That breeds establishments to intimidate the people, such as the KGB and the Gulags in Siberia which turn out to be death sentences. Any money that arises from a collective economy bypasses the average citizen and goes to the ruling class, such as the politburo, inspiring the summer homes for the elite, the dachas by the sea, elite automobiles for the Communist elite and starvation and miserable lives for the commoners. Communism is a failure, you need only look to Cuba, where Castro and his ministers live well, while the populace starve, work in cane fields like dogs, under the constant threat of prison and torture. That is why our Coast Guard has to be vigilant in turning back these poor “Boat People,” trying desperately to flee from Castro’s failed Communist rule.
That is the curriculum or map for America that inspires Communist and Socialist lawyers to press for this political environment from within the Americans for Democratic Action (ADA) or the ACLU, who utilize our Constitution, Bill of Rights, American Ethos to attack our freedoms and what we have always stood for since the birth of our nation. Real men, like George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Alexander Hamilton and Patrick Henry who stated, “Give me Liberty, or give me death.” They put their lives and fortunes on the line and those who survived were mostly bankrupt and destitute, after we won our Independence from King George III, of Great Britain. We later beat the British again, in the War of 1812, when Great Britain attacked our country and burned down most of Washington, D.C. But our stalwarts fought hard and once more drove them from our shores forever. We fought again in World War I and World War II, to keep all nations free. We are the only Constitutional Democracy in the world and that ensures our rights. But our rights are now assailed by the ADA and the ACLU, which mirrors the steps taken by former Communistic governments in order to use Communistic Tyranny. Their first step is to legally rule out God in America and then make religious freedom archaic, since if there is no God, what are we worshipping with our many religions? They use our own laws against us, by emphasizing and exploiting the language of our beloved Forefathers, whose far-seen wisdom foresaw all of the many problems of growth and Capitalism, as well as international commerce and diplomacy.
Many years ago, at a time of religious persecution in Europe, the Puritans came to America in small dangerous ships tossed by gales and absolutely uncomfortable. They established a colony where they could worship as they saw fit. Others realized that other religious groups could duplicate what they had done. It was that very persecution that drove the signers for our rights and freedom, to state that there should be religious freedom, that the State shall not establish a religion for the people. This was meant to separate the State from laying out a plan of religious laws. It is actually simple and forthright, that our Forefathers did not want the government to tell it’s citizens what religion they must follow, but, instead, they must allow every measure of true religious freedom. Our nation was inspired and based on Judaic-Christian principles and the signers of our documents of rights and freedom were good God fearing and God loving people who saw the Lord’s hand in all that they had accomplished. Now, the perverse ACLU goes to court to twist the intent into a mockery of religious freedom where God and His Commandments must not be seen or heard in public. The Ten Commandments become Persona Non Grata near any of our State or Federal buildings, supposedly to ensure separation of State and religion. The Forefathers simply wanted to keep the government from prosecuting a specific religion, as the religion of the land, as Henry VIII had done in establishing his own illegitimate religion to force divorce proceedings upon his wife of the moment. The ACLU, however, has it’s agenda and Communism’s first tenet is to get God out of the nation. Without God, there is no conscience, hence, no law, ethics or moral compass. You have chaos, which allows a Communistic State to step in and force new regulations upon the populace, suspending all freedoms and rights of the past.
They also attack our moral fiber, by going to the courts, ultimately, the Supreme Court, which was stacked by FDR at first and kept far left, within subsequent Democratic administrations, which succumbed to whatever frivolous interpretation of our liberties the ACLU put before the radical Supremes. They fought hard to allow smut and filth to be published, heard on the radio and seen on Television.
They fought for the rights of criminals and against Law Enforcement techniques and saw to it, through their contacts within the Democratic Party, that judges throughout the land were left-wing and would make sure that the cruelest and most deviant criminals were slapped on the wrist and let go free to kill, rape, steal and set a background of anarchy. That goes back to the chaos idea, where a new Communist government will bring order.
This year they have pushed to get Christ out of Christmas, by outlawing the term Christmas. It is now Happy Holiday. Do they know or are they aware that the term Holiday comes from the Judaic-Christian term Holy Day. We must not allow this sacrilege and attack on our religion where the Jewish people cannot display a Menorah and the Christmas tree is called a Holiday tree. A crèche is totally out of bounds. None of these religious items are allowed on government property, as against the separation of State and Religion. But you must know that these religious displays spread across a vast panoply of religions, adhering to the law of the land and if the African-Americans want a Kwanzaa site on the same ground, I’m sure that we can all agree to that, in the pride and benevolent heart of this wonderful season. It certainly is a strange coincidence that the “Holiday” happens to fall on the birthday of our Lord Jesus and Chanukah, which has been celebrated for millennia.
But take heart, my friends, for help is nigh. With Mr. Roberts designated as The Chief Justice of The Supreme Court and Mr. Alito about to be voted onto the Supreme Court the ADA and the ACLU are about to experience some set-backs in the judicial challenges on our Constitution. We also now have a Republican Legal Group with plenty of support, that will challenge many of the decisions that the two Communist organizations bred and they will be overturned by a Conservative Supreme Court. Simultaneously, President Bush, whose popularity polls took a hit, found that the people only wanted to hear from the President on what was taking place in Iraq and our National Security. Knowing the facts is always better than assumptions and his poll numbers are rising. So with our Constitutional rights about to be protected and cared for and the Iraqis voting for their first solid government in nearly five decades of fear and terror, I can, with good reason and a full heart, say:
