“Hollywood, Home of Hate”
On July, 27 2005 one of my favorite columnists, John Podhoretz, discussed the so-called glistening stars of Hollywood and the fact that these people, who make so much money for making believe they are someone else, you know, like we did as youngsters, that for the average American, the millions they make are too fantastic to understand. These spoiled-rotten brats, who believe they should be idolized, hate our country. That is reality, these disgustingly over paid morons, most of whom are lucky to have a high school education, have the pretense that they are wiser and better informed than most Americans. That is nonsense, they live an insulated life, surrounded by sycophants who suck up to them, telling them what they want to hear, or be fired. Their egos are out of physical, mental or social control. Add to that, the fact that they move among their own circles of far-left Liberals. When Hollywood was investigated during the McCarthy era, they snitched on each other and gave up their closest friends. There were far more Communists in Hollywood, than even McCarthy realized, as well as, both the Roosevelt and Truman administrations. Many of them thought they had discovered Valhalla, where their would be no poor people, where the New Deal of President Franklin Roosevelt, would find a job for everyone, where health care would be paid for by the government, where you would get no interest loans to buy homes and cars. They threw their arms around the house of cards that Karl Marx and his ruthless cohorts had produced. Hell, didn’t everyone in Russia have a job and an apartment, no matter that the job was drudgery, killing work and they fell exhausted into their miniscule apartments, each night. It turns out that only the Politburo and the KGB agents were comfortable, everyone else lived in terror and endless poverty. No matter, the Hollywood types like Barbra Striesand and Jane Fonda, were not about to turn the coin over, to see what was on the other side, such as mass murder, political Gulags and genocide of entire nations of their people. Hollywood stars don’t want to see the truth, the hard facts of real life; they are stars, insulated from anguish or recrimination. Money is their faith and fantasy is their job and becomes their life.
There were Communist actors and actresses, directors and producers, many of them immigrants, who fled from Fascism, to embrace Communism or they brought it with them. Foolishly, the Congress felt that they had routed out all the Communists in Hollywood. They were wrong; it seems to have sewn a genetic strain, within these people. They simply don’t assimilate facts, as the average American might do, given the same set of circumstances.
Take 9/11, the most outrageous attack upon America’s security. Most Americans recoiled in horror, at first, then anger set in, when Patriotic Americans realized that these despicable, cowardly terrorists had taken the lives of some 3,000 innocent men, women and children. Hollywood’s idol, Bill Clinton had been asked to take possession of Osama Bin-Laden the head and financial sugar daddy of Al-Queda. He refused. When our Embassies were blown up, he came on TV and gravely said that we would seek these people out and have our vengeance. He lied, for nothing happened. When the USS Cole was hit with a boat bomb, killing seventeen of our young sailors and maiming others, Clinton again pointed his finger at the camera and vowed to hunt them down. When you hear the word, wounded, there is normally a sigh of relief. A good friend of mine, a fellow Marine, was wounded; he lost one arm and one leg. That is a devastating shock to mind and body. Luckily my friend was full of inner strength and overcame his wounds to become a businessman and educator. Of course, Clinton came on the air and again threatened the terrorists after each obscenity, but it was just another empty promise, as was his entire eight years in the White House. Linton simply didn’t have the guts to do what should have been undertaken. And yet, the Hollywood stars loved him, especially when these America haters got invited to sleep over, in Lincoln’s bed. Lincoln must have been spinning in his grave.
Every day, the terrorists do the same thing in Iraq, killing and wounding, not just our courageous military, but women and children. That is what terror means, the threat of extinction on your mind every day. Of course, that terror was already rampant and part of Iraq’s culture, while Saddam Hussein was President. He and his two sadistic children, dragged thousands of innocent men and women into Abu-Ghraib, for torture, rape and murder, just for the enjoyment of it, having movies of the torture and killing, so that they could watch their vicious aptitude again and again. When President Bush attacked the King Pin of Arabic terror, Saddam Hussein of Iraq, they eventually found mass graves all over Iraq, filled with thousands of innocents, killed for no reasonable purpose, other than Saddam’s hysterical fear of being overthrown. He used poison gas on an entire population of a Kurdish city. Pictures showed little children lying dead, still holding their little dolls or toys. Do the Hollywood stars get riled-up about this and state their praise of our troops who have liberated two entire countries. Of course not, they tell us to get out of the Middle East, that we are invading a sovereign nation, that America deserved what we got on 9/11, because we should stay out of other countries, no matter what cruelty the heads of these nations put upon their populace. Rwanda’s President has brought civil war to his nation, pitting tribe against tribe in a genocidal frenzy, until starvation due to the war and the lack of food, has killed millions, while Clinton sat on his hands. Now, in retirement, he wants to save Africa. Well, President Bush has already picked up that option. Bill just wants a piece of the action. Why, you ask? That’s easy, his wife wants her chance to be President and they both need to elevate their profile, in a way that presents them as mainstream rescuers of the poor and destitute. Well, don’t be fooled by anything you hear from Hillary, she is still a Socialist, who wants total control of our lives, by big government. She loved the adulation of her Hollywood buddies.
Those buddies are insane with grief, over Kerry’s loss. That is not according to the script that Spielberg and Alec Baldwin (who once appeared on late night TV and called for the death of Congressman Hyde, actually saying that someone should go to his house and kill Hyde); Bush stood upon his ethical base and won, in a landslide. Their hatred of Bush, mixed with their distaste of America’s roll in the world is totally mindless. We are the only super power on this globe that has been benevolent, not moving into a country to rule it, but to liberate it and bring Democracy and stability, in place of terror. We saved the World, by fighting on several fronts in World War I and World War II. We saved the lives of the South Korean people from death and slavery, when North Korea’s despotic regime attacked, with the encouragement of Communist Russia and Communist China. We sent in our Armed Forces and fought them to a stalemate. The spread of Communism came to an end, when Ronald Reagan and Pope Paul II, broke Russia’s bubble, leaving Vietnam as our only failure, not because we lost on the battlefield, since our troops never lost a single battle and in the so-called Tet Offensive (an all out attack on Saigon and other major cities in South Vietnam, by the Viet Cong and the Vietnamese Regular Army) our troops annihilated the Viet Cong and crushed the North Vietnam Regulars, driving them running back to the North, in tatters. We had to pull out of Vietnam because of the Left Wing Communists in our midst, in America. Jane Fonda in her exercise outfits was in our face, day and night, side by side with John Kerry in his Navy fatigues, lying to a Congressional committee, while meeting with North Vietnam Communist officials in, of all places, Paris, to aid them in the negotiation of a Peace Parley. Both Fonda and Kerry were traitors to their country and caused the cowardly politicians of Johnson’s administration, who micro-managed the war from the Oval Office, but never had the guts to allow the troops to really attack the Commies where and how it would hurt. We had the ability to bomb every major city in North Vietnam to rubble and take away their safe areas in Cambodia.
That is the power that these pompous asses have, because of what is called celebrity, when a drunken, drug ridden slut, like Courtney Love think that she has the moral equivalent of our President and that she can speak out on intricate solutions to world wide terrorism, from a twisted form of Islam, that sends children to their death as suicide bombers, to kill innocent people who happen to desire freedom and stability. President Bush has the vision that the America haters in Hollywood and our Universities elitists don’t have. The reason for that is that the President has a moral stability and a set of ethics that can’t be found in the Jane Fonda’s or Alec Baldwin’s or Spielberg’s of this world.
How do we bring a sense of reality to people who use monetary gain as a base for their thoughts and are too insulated and formulaically Communistic in their inner soul, that they try to relinquish our heritage and reform our history. Certainly, a country formed over more than two centuries ago is bound to have made a few mistaken steps. Slavery, for instance is a blight on our record, but since man first set foot on this earth, one group has always made slaves of weaker groups and that certainly includes Africa, who often facilitated the slavery of other weaker tribes, selling them to Arabic traders who brought them to auction houses on the coast sending the poor people all over the world. It is a shame that America took part in that sinful era and had to fight a Civil War to end this disgusting practice. However, that is in the past and we look to a future where people of principle will command this nation with God’s guidance and bring this nation to the crest of maturity and excellence. I believe that the only way you can stop the America haters is to defeat them in politics, to be brave enough not to allow cowardly terrorists to win, and for the Hollywood set, find movies made and starring people like Kurt Russell, Bo Derrick, Tom Sellick, Mel Gibson and others who step up to the plate and let us know that they are Patriots. Once Hollywood gets hit in their wallet, we might get an attitude adjustment. If they state that they would rather live in France, let’s give them as much encouragement as we can.
